Founded in 2011, Sphonic introduced its core product, Workflow Manager (WFM), to support a range of ‘Know Your Customer’ (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), fraud prevention and risk management services.
The WFM platform supplements the data and services provided by dozens of 3rd party global data sources. The data services include Identity Bureaus, PEPS, Sanctions, Device Fingerprinting, Geo-Location, URL Tracking, Behavioural Biometrics, Document Verification and a host of others, with proprietary Sphonic analytics and insight to build a ‘digital picture’ of a consumer, business, transaction or other digital event, enabling real-time analysis of Risk Management processes.
Sphonic serves a dynamic worldwide client base in the Financial Services, Retail, and eCommerce Industries. We are headquartered in London and opened our first regional office in 2014 in Seattle, WA with responsibilities for the Americas.
Sphonic is a privately held company with the majority of the shareholders being Directors or Employees.
